I’ll join you! And as to not cheat (since I already ride my bike almost 3 hrs/day getting to and from work) mine will be 15 minutes of yoga or stretching, to balance out the biking and for injury prevention.

I got five out of seven days in on the Wii, but even when I don’t get my full 30 minutes in, I still do enough running up and down the stairs to make up for it. 😀
